The Chairman, Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA), Tin Can Island Port Chapter Command, Prince Wale Cole, has been inaugurated as the National Grand Patron of Team Grassroots Voice, a prominent support group of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The inauguration ceremony, which attracted party faithful, maritime stakeholders, and associates from within and outside the port community, was marked by commendations for Prince Cole’s unwavering support, consistency, and dedication to the ideals of the APC and grassroots political mobilisation.
In a formal presentation, Team Grassroots Voice conferred on him a Certificate of Excellence in recognition of his steadfast commitment to the party and his continuous support toward strengthening its structures at various levels.
The group described him as a dependable leader whose influence and encouragement have significantly contributed to the growth and cohesion of the movement.
According to the leadership of Team Grassroots Voice, Prince Cole’s elevation to the position of National Grand Patron is a reflection of his credibility, leadership capacity, and loyalty to the progressive cause. The event, however, took an unexpected and joyous turn when a surprise birthday celebration was organised in his honour. Friends, political associates, and colleagues joined in celebrating the ANLCA Tin Can Chairman, praising his leadership qualities, generosity of spirit, and commitment to service.
An emotional Prince Cole expressed gratitude to the leadership of Team Grassroots Voice and members of the APC for the honour bestowed on him.
