The Association of Electoral Committee (ASECO) of the Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA) has announced September 12, 2024, as the date for the election into the association’s Board of Trustees (BoT).
According to a statement signed by ASECO Chairman, Elochukwu Obiora, and Secretary, Fatimehin Oluwatope, on September 2, 2024, the election timetable is scheduled as follows:- September 9, 2024: Screening of candidates and September 10, 2024: Publication of the final list of candidates and submission of petitions.
ASECO expressed gratitude to members and candidates for their cooperation and understanding, urging them to comply with the timetable and guidelines to ensure a peaceful and successful election.
The statement reads: “The commission is pleased to inform you, distinguished members, that the varied TIMETABLE IS HEREBY RELEASED as a general guide towards the successful conclusion of the BoT election.”
