During the visit, CP Agbaminoja was received by the Area Commander, Western Ports, ACP Sunday Adeyeri and senior officers of the command before proceeding to inspect key facilities, interacted with officers and assessed ongoing security operations within the Western Ports axis.
Addressing the officers, the CP emphasized the importance of professionalism, discipline, inter-agency collaboration, and intelligence-led policing in safeguarding port facilities, critical national assets, and maritime operations.
She charged personnel to remain vigilant, proactive, and committed to the Nigeria Police Force’s mandate of protecting lives and property, particularly within the sensitive port environment.
CP Agbaminoja also reiterated her commitment to personnel welfare, capacity building, and sustained engagement with stakeholders to enhance security across the ports and waterways.
