Operatives of the Lagos State Police Command have arrested a fake naval officer, Anthony Nwaneri, in Lagos.
The was disclosed by the spokesman of the Command, Benjamin Hundeyin, on his Twitter handle on Thursday.
Hundeyin said Nwaneri, pictured in full uniform, was arrested by operatives of the Isolo Division in Cele area of the state at about 6pm on Wednesday.
He tweeted: “Today at about 1800hrs, officers of Isolo Division arrested a fake naval officer, Anthony Nwaneri, at the Cele area of Lagos State following information received from members of the public.
“Investigation is ongoing.”
