The Managing Director of Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) Muhammed Bello-Koko has lost his father, Muhammad Koko.
Koko died on Friday morning after a protracted illness.
Announcing his passage via his official twitter handle, Bello-Koko said, “This morning, my dear father, Muhammad Koko, passed away after a protracted illness.
“He will be buried in accordance with Islamic rites after Friday prayers.
“May Allah have mercy on his soul and forgive him all his shortcomings.”
Meanwhile, the Staff and Executive management of NPA, has condoled with the MD over the demise of his father.
“We pray that God gives you the strength and the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss,” the management said in a twitter post.
